  • Is there a full time nurse in your office in case of any medical concerns?
    • Yes. We have a full time Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Vocational Nurses on our team. In case of any non-emergency medical concerns, you can speak to one of our experienced nursing staff during our regular business hours, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. They would be happy to assist you in any way they can.  
  • What do care services cost?
    • We charge daily or hourly rates depending on your family's particular needs, budget and schedule, assessed during our free In-Home Consultation.
  • Is my loved one safe with your Caregivers?
    • Yes. For each True Caregiving employee, we perform a nationwide criminal background check, check multiple references and provide extensive care training. All caregivers are bonded and insured.
  • Will our caregiver speak our language?
    • We do our best to match you with a caregiver who speaks your loved on's language fluently. communication is so important and we want your loved one to be understood!
  • Are there a minimum number of hours per visit?
    • We do our best to accommodate your schedule. We can be flexible to meet your needs.
